This treatment combines sports massage with TENS electrotherapy and TECAR therapy for optimal muscle recovery and pain relief. The massage targets deep muscle layers to release tension and improve mobility, while TENS and TECAR work together to reduce inflammation, stimulate healing, and enhance circulation. Ideal for active individuals.

Cupping
Ancient method of creating suction on the affected area to increase blood flow and reduce inflammation. The cups are made of silicon to avoid any burns on the skin. (Traditional method is done by using glass cups and fire to create vacuum).
T.E.C.A.R.
Tecar therapy is an advanced form of radiofrequency treatment that stimulates the body’s natural healing processes. It’s ideal for reducing muscle and joint pain after sports or cycling, helping you recover faster and feel better. Full Body Scrub & Massage
This treatment begins with a 30-minute full-body exfoliation using a high-quality body scrub, designed to gently remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
After the exfoliation, you’ll take a refreshing shower, followed by a 60-minute full-body massage using rich oils or creams.
This treatment is highly recommended before shaving or depilation to help reduce irritation and ingrown hairs. Also, it is perfect before or after sun exposure as it helps the skin recover or get ready for a more even tan.
